THE IMPORTANCE OF STRUCTURAL BALANCE...

Structural balance is the foundation of a strong, capable body, and for women it’s essential before moving into more demanding lifts.

When you fix weaknesses by strengthening the smaller stabilising muscles and balance left/right strength patterns, you move better, generate more power, and dramatically reduce the risk of injury.

Once that foundation is in place, progressing into the big compound lifts such as the squat, deadlift, presses and pulls becomes a game-changer.

These movements recruit large multiple muscle groups at once which will build lean mass and bring up growth hormone to shape the body in all the right places.

By turning the palms to face each other and keeping the elbows close to the ribs the shoulder joint stays more stable and reduces unnecessary strain on the rotators of the shoulder.

The Romanian Deadlift (RDL) for the ladies ❤️👠..

The RDL is one of the most powerful lifts women can use to build strength and confidence.

It targets the posterior chain with emphasis on the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back, helping to create a toned, strong lower body while improving posture and core stability.

Because it emphasises hip hinging rather than heavy knee flexion, the RDL builds functional strength that carries over to everyday life, developing serious lower-back strength while boosting athletic performance.

Grip Strength will also be improved by using the clean grip on the RDL.
