FALL is on the lookout for a friendly, organised and motivated person to join our incredible admin team in a part-time role (~20 hrs/week). Flexible hours available for the right candidate!

Be part of a supportive clinic where no two days are the same! Your role will include:

✅ Welcoming and assisting patients at the front desk
📞 Managing phones, bookings & patient flow
💳 Processing payments
🧼 Assisting with sterilising instruments & clinic upkeep
📋 Supporting our podiatrists with admin and correspondence
📦 Managing clinic supplies

We’re looking for someone with great communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. You'll be working alongside a fun, dedicated admin team who love what they do!
