Even those who do not want to change their ways desire this state of being. Of course, if we keep doing the same things we have done in the past we will get the same result in the future - therefore if we are not in that state now we will need to change some things. In my many hours of counselling and guiding I have seen that the resistance to change lies in the lack of knowledge, and when knowled

ge is present change happens without major effort. It is my goal with this blog to bring to you an abundance of good knowledge, which you can filter through, accepting what sits right and clear with your psyche, and thereby to assist you in reaching this wonderful state of contented happiness every day of your lives.
