Regular exercise is essential for managing Type 2 Diabetes. It helps lower blood sugar levels, boosts insulin sensitivity, and enhances overall well-being. Plus, staying active can improve mood and energy levels 🏃‍♂️✨

Our Exercise Physiologists are running a Diabetes specific exercise group class on Friday’s at 3pm. These classes can also be covered by Medicare as long as you have a referral from your GP. Let’s make every step count for our health! 💖

🌟$25 Physio Student Consults🌟

For the next 3 weeks, we will have a 4th year physio student at Biosymm Belmont.

If you have an injury, you can book a physio student appointment for $25. A senior physiotherapist will be present in all appointments.

Student appointments will be available during these times:
Tuesday 9am-5pm
Wednesday and Friday 7am-3pm

Health fund rebates unfortunately are not available for student appointments.
