Life is a celebration !

Learn Yoga to stretch, breath and relax to keep body-breath-mind in a Harmony with authentic and ancient way of learning and practicing. The motto of our experienced and certified professional is to develop a balanced life style, relaxation, flexibility, tone and strengthen body, improve postures. Caring for everyone’s well-being and happiness.

No previous yoga experience with no particular level of fitness is required to join. Our emphasis and focus is on ‘be at the present moment’, listen to your body, 100% participation, positive attitude and flow with ease to postures with smile :)

Classes are 60 minutes includes Asanas (body posture), Pranayam (breathing) and conclude with relaxation Meditation. For all age groups men, women, youth and seniors. Special and ease yoga classes for aged people.
