I've been thinking about this a lot lately.

There's something that happens when a human and an animal find each other. Not just affection.

Something deeper.

A kind of familiarity that's hard to explain, and it's almost as if you already knew them before you met.

I don't think that's coincidence. I think it's energetic.

I think we call in the animals we do because something in our energy fields recognises something in theirs. And when you understand that, the relationship stops being about ownership or companionship and becomes something else entirely.

It becomes a conversation. A mutual one.

It's Baaaaaack! 🌈

It’s back… and honestly, I couldn’t ignore the demand any longer. šŸ˜‚

Over the past few months, I’ve had so many messages asking:
ā€œWhen are you running the Animal Chakras Masterclass again?ā€

So here it is ✨

My Animal Chakras Masterclass is officially back on March 31st, and I am so excited to be bringing this to you again. This is one of my absolute favourite topics to teach, and every time I run this workshop, the depth of insight and transformation that comes through is incredible.

We’ll be diving deep into:

✨ The chakra system in animals, and how it directly influences behaviour and physical wellbeing

✨ How chakras store emotional patterns and act as libraries of past experiences

✨ How unresolved trauma shows up in the body, and how we can begin to clear it

✨ The powerful connection between you and your animal, and how you mirror the same chakra imbalances

This isn’t surface-level information or woo woo. This work is where the science of animal behaviour meets energy medicine - and it is simply fascinating!

This is the piece that so many people realise has been missing when nothing else seems to fully resolve their animal’s challenges.

Here are the details:

šŸ—“ Date: March 31st
ā° Times: 8am & 5pm (Perth, AWST)
šŸŽ„ Replay available for everyone who registers

Places are already filling quickly, and I would absolutely love for you to be in the room with us.

If you’ve been feeling like there’s more to your animal’s behaviour… this is where it starts to make sense.

It is impossible to consider solving any issue with an animal by looking at energy, behaviour and the physical body as separate aspects.

Each of these aspects are in constant interaction, therefore they must be considered together when identifying the core problem - and ultimately finding a solution.

The animal chakra system is the connection point, linking energy pathways, emotional patterns, and the nervous system together.

This means, when you learn to understand the chakra system, it becomes possible to quickly identify the core stress, and restore balance through each of the layers.

Your animal’s Base (Root) Chakra is the energetic foundation of their entire system.

When this chakra is balanced, an animal moves through the world with a quiet sense of ā€œI belong here. I am safe.ā€ 🌿

But when it is out of balance, you often see it show up in ways that look like behavioural problems on the surface.

Things like:

• separation anxiety
• clinginess or co-dependence
• resource guarding
• hyper-vigilance
• difficulty settling
• fear of new environments
• difficulty travelling or leaving home

From an energetic perspective, these behaviours are often rooted in insecurity within the Base Chakra.

This chakra governs an animal’s relationship with safety, survival, territory, and belonging. It is deeply connected to early life experiences, particularly in animals who experienced instability during their formative months.

Rescue animals often carry Base Chakra imbalances because their earliest experiences involved uncertainty, abandonment, or a lack of safety. Their nervous system learned very early on that the world was unpredictable.

But here is something important to understand:

Animals do not regulate their nervous systems alone.

They regulate through connection with their environment, and with you.

This is why the Base Chakra is also where the emotional mirror between animals and their humans often begins.

When we restore balance in this chakra, animals often become:

✨ calmer
✨ more confident
✨ more independent
✨ more secure in their attachments

Their body softens because their nervous system finally receives the message:

ā€œYou are safe now.ā€

And when that happens, behaviour begins to change naturally.

If you would like to learn how to recognise the signs of chakra imbalances in your animal — and what they might be revealing about the energetic bond you share — I created a free guide to help.

Which chakra is affecting your animal right now? (Free guide reveals all)

Comment: 'RAINBOW' for your copy!

Does your animal show any of these signs?

šŸ”“ Anxiety, fearfulness, doesn't like change → Base Chakra
🟠 Clinginess, reproductive issues, car stress → Sacral Chakra
🟔 Dominance, digestive issues, low confidence → Solar Plexus
šŸ’š Aggression, difficulty bonding, respiratory issues → Heart Chakra
šŸ”µ Excessive barking, not listening, thyroid issues → Throat Chakra
🟣 Confusion, sensitivity to light/sound, poor memory → Brow Chakra
⚪ Anxiety, epilepsy, disconnected behaviour → Crown Chakra

Sound familiar?

Each chakra governs specific organs, emotions, and behaviours in your animal. When one is out of balance, the effects are predictable - and treatable.

There are moments in life that feel like coincidence.

And then there are moments that feel like recognition.

The day your animal entered your life may have looked ordinary from the outside. A visit. A phone call. A rescue. A decision.

But something deeper was moving beneath the surface.

They did not arrive randomly.

They arrived at the exact moment your heart was ready to grow in the ways they would quietly ask of you.

Not through force.
Not through perfection.
But through presence.

Through the way they watch you.
The way they respond to your energy.
The way they reflect what you are still learning to hold within yourself.

The animal–human bond is not accidental.

It is a meeting.

And when you truly see it for what it is, everything begins to soften.

If this resonates, tell me - when you first met your animal, did it feel like chance… or recognition? šŸ’š

Anxiety in animals isn’t always about danger.

Sometimes it’s about capacity.

The capacity to hold openness.
The capacity to be visible.
The capacity to stay in expansion without retreating.

Your animal may not be asking for more protection.

They may be asking:

ā€œCan you show me it’s safe to stay in the open?ā€

This is the work now.

"Your animal chose your nervous system, not your home. They came for the unhealed wound you carry. Their disruption is the invitation you've been waiting for."

I know how strange this sounds when you first hear it. You may have been looking for training advice and now I'm asking about your nervous system.

But after 25 years of watching this pattern repeat, I can't un-see it. The animals who seem the most difficult often carry the deepest invitations. They're not here to frustrate you. They're here because there's something you're ready to look at now, even if you don't know it yet.

And when you do that work? When you start healing the thing they're mirroring? Their nervous system regulates alongside yours.

Your animal's behaviour might actually be the most honest thing in your life right now.

Ninja didn’t just react to anaesthesia.

He reacted to the memory of losing control.

During his session, what surfaced wasn’t simply a physical sensitivity - it was an imprint of early confinement. Weeks spent in a cage in Saudi Arabia had created a nervous system that equated restriction with threat.

So when his body was taken offline under anaesthesia, it reactivated something deeper.

A fear of being trapped.
A fear of losing autonomy.
A need to feel limitless at all costs.

When dogs push away from vulnerability, we often see it as anxiety, instability, reactivity, or resistance to rehabilitation.

But sometimes the body is simply trying to protect an old wound.

We didn’t focus on ā€œtolerating anaesthesia better.ā€

We focused on:
• Emotional regulation
• Muscular stability
• Chakra balance
• Rebuilding self-confidence
• Slowing rehabilitation to build true resilience

This beautiful boy was showing us all along how he embraces limitlessness - overlooking the Scottish landscape in his new home - grounded, present, and no longer fighting his own vulnerability.

If your animal seems stuck in a pattern that doesn’t fully resolve, there is often an emotional imprint beneath it.

"Before you met, your soul sent out a signal of unwitnessed pain. Your animal heard it across lifetimes and answered: 'I'll carry this until you remember how to carry yourself.'"

I've been doing this work for 25 years and this is what I keep seeing over and over.

Your animal is holding space for the parts of you that never got held.

And yeah, I know how this sounds. I get the skepticism. But when you've watched hundreds of animals change their behaviour the moment their human finally acknowledges what they've been carrying... you stop questioning it.

They don't come into our lives randomly. There's always something they're here to show us about ourselves. Always.

The real question is: are you ready to look?

Our Story

Animal Kinesiology uses a combination of western anatomy and Traditional Chinese Medicine to identify the location and cause of stress within the body. The stress can be both physical and emotional. Clearing the cause of stress allows the animal to restore natural balance and wellness. Bowen Therapy is a hands-on muscle release technique that removes physical stress, increases movement and aids with pain relief in areas of inflammation. Highly beneficial for dogs suffering from arthritis, muscle strain and rehabilitation from surgery.
