We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join the SIL team in Aubin Grove! This is a casual role mainly covering sleepover shifts 💤

👥 Who you’ll be supporting:
A female participant with high behavioural support needs – experience in behaviour management is essential ✅
A non-verbal male participant with diabetes – requires regular insulin monitoring and support 💉
➡️ Both participants require regular medication administration 💊

💡 What we’re looking for:
Experience in behavioural support
Confident supporting non-verbal individuals
Qualified in insulin monitoring and medication administration
Available for sleepover shifts (4:00pm–8:00am)
Holds valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, and relevant qualifications,
Certificate III in Individual Services is required📋

This person enjoys structured routines, values independence, and has strong family connections. They communicate with limited verbal language and thrive with calm, respectful, and consistent support.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Weekly physiotherapy support (Wednesdays 2–5pm)
✅ Drop-offs to work (Thurs & Fri 7–9am)
✅ Pick-ups from work (Thurs & Fri 2:30–4:30pm)
✅ Community access & weekly shopping
✅ Supporting positive behaviour strategies

What We’re Looking For:
