Here's a rundown of what's on offer:

Foundations
A technique focused class to build strength, improve mobility and learn key pilates movements. Ideal for beginners or anyone returning from injury

Intermediate
A more challenging session that builds strength, control and endurance using higher level pilates exercises. Best for those confident with the fundamentals

If you're new to our classes we do a pre class assessment to ensure you're set up for success!
