MEDITATION : WALKING. GROUNDING. LISTENING.

I spend quite a lot of time at my local park, Hyde Park. So much so that after being away on vacation recently I realised how much I missed my regular walks here as part of my daily routine & meditation. Rain or shine, being in this place and space grounds me.

Change is wonderful and a part of life, however so is routine and daily activities and practices.

After launching our soulful collaboration south of the river, we have listened and responded to your call to co-create an offering for folks located north!

Join us for a heart opening journey where stillness meets sound. Through the deep, meditative practice of Yin Yoga, guided by Sarah and the immersive vibrations of live sound healing from Anita you’ll be gently guided into a space of calm, clarity, and inner connection.

CELEBRATING THE SPRING SEASON 🌸🌼🌺🌻

Haru Spring Japanese Ikebana Floral Workshop & Soulful Sound Bath 🪷✨💫

Haru means ‘Spring’ in Japanese 🪷 so to mark the season of bloom we are delighted to invite you to a tranquil, artisanal and meditative collaboration which has been carefully curated to remind us of the beauty of our flora, creativity and presence.

In our connected time, we will focus on learning the basic principles of the Japanese art of flower arranging (Ikebana) with the talented Chihiro, who has been practicing Ikebana for more than 20 years and is a certified instructor of the Sogetsu School of Ikebana.

The session will be imbued with a sonorous soundscape from Anita (Emora Suara) as you create, and will conclude with a Soulful Sound Bath to guide you into a peaceful state before you depart into your late afternoon.

'Ikat' (pronounced 'ee-kat') means 'to bind' in 'bahasa' and refers to the ancient traditions from Indonesia of textile weaving. With it also referring to Anita & TIna's heritage, in our circle we will come together to weave and bind our stories and share our gifts as a community to create new paths and patterns of beauty and wonder.

For this circle we will focus on 'Recalibration' - the process of making small or significant adjustments to restore balance, alignment, and purpose. In our fast-paced, ever-demanding lives, women often carry layers of responsibility that gradually pull them away from their own centre. Our Ikat Sisterhood Circle offers a sacred space for women to reflect, and realign—body, mind, and spirit.

Come as you are—exhausted or inspired, searching or grounded. This is your time to breathe, recalibrate, and reconnect in the company of supportive, like-hearted and like-minded women.Workshop Inclusions

‘SOUND SANCTUARY’
✨Community Sound Bath

After listening and responding to the request of parents/guardians, I launched ‘Sound Sanctuary’ in March at the soulful and creative surrounds of ‘The Chapel Space Studio’ in North Perth.

It was truly delightful to also hold space with my family in tow, to look up and see my children experiencing my ‘work’ in a group for the first time. Also to see all the families together. Peaceful. Golden!

I took the time to introduce my instruments and talk about the process of sound bath meditations. This was followed by a guided meditation and sound healing.

Our connected time at the end allowed for the everyone to learn to play the instruments in a focused, playful and safe space. Magical!

*Please note this is not a drop off session - it’s an opportunity for parents/guardians to stop and pause with your children in a calm environment.

AUGUST OFFERING at ✨

As we continue to experience the true depths of our Boorloo cold and rainy season and in harnessing the potent Lionsgate portal, this is an invitation to take a moment to stop, rest and re-set.

This offering has been created to guide you into deep relaxation, presence and peace and will include beautiful Reiki energy with 🕊️

Reiki means universal energy and is a hands on practice where energy is transferred for relaxation and rebalancing. Renee will offer 2-3 Reiki positions of hands on healing or hands off aura healing, while you are bathed in sound bath.
