AUGUST OFFERING at ✨

As we continue to experience the true depths of our Boorloo cold and rainy season and in harnessing the potent Lionsgate portal, this is an invitation to take a moment to stop, rest and re-set.

This offering has been created to guide you into deep relaxation, presence and peace and will include beautiful Reiki energy with 🕊️

Reiki means universal energy and is a hands on practice where energy is transferred for relaxation and rebalancing. Renee will offer 2-3 Reiki positions of hands on healing or hands off aura healing, while you are bathed in sound bath.

Do you feel anxious about change?

Sometimes when we find ourselves going through any kind of change in our lives, our natural response might be to tense up on the physical, mental, or emotional level.

We may not even notice that we have braced ourselves against a shift until we recognise the anxiety, mood swings, or worried feeling toward the unknown that can happen.

There are positive ways to move through change without pushing it away or attempting to deny that it is happening.

Since change will occur in almost every aspect of our lives, we can learn to make our response to it a positive one of anticipation, welcoming the new while releasing the past with grace.

One thing we can do is change our perspective by changing the labels we use to identify our feelings.

We can re-interpret feelings of anxiety as the anxious butterflies that come with eager expectation. With this shift, we begin to look for the good that is on its way to us.

When we acknowledge that good is there for us to find, we focus our energy on joyful anticipation, allowing the feelings to carry us forward.

We also can choose to do a 'ceremony' to allow our emotions to process. Every culture has created ceremonies to help people make the transition from one phase of life to the next.

Some ceremonial activities such as a farewell send-off or housewarming party, we may do automatically. Society also has built-in ceremonies, like graduations and weddings.

Sometimes the shift from denial to acceptance is all that is needed to ease our anxiety, allowing us to bring our memories with us as we move through nervousness to joyful excitement about the good to come.

If you find yourself feeling a tense with the idea of change, join us at the next Ikat Sisterhood Circle, where the focus will be on 'Recalibration' - getting comfortable with making small shifts or changes that are more fully aligned with our deeper selves.

As we continue to navigate our internal landscape during the Noongar season of ‘Makaru’ - the cooler and wetter climes - this is an invitation to take a moment to stop, rest and re-set.

For these colder months I’m only offering one session on the Sunday so I can also rest and enjoy the benefits that the season provides with my family and loved ones ✨💫
