The end of another calendar year.
The sun and moon, sand and sky, waves and wind are not governed by time via dates.
They know and are as they always have been.
And so it is.

. WELCOMING 2026 OFFERING ✨

My first offering of this new calendar year will be harnessing the big supermoon energy of the wolf moon to focus on the intentions of being, presence and peace 🐺🌚 🤍. I will continue to use these sessions to donate part proceeds to organisations that support our community, sharing and caring ✨

This soulful monthly offering has been created to guide you into deep relaxation, presence and peace and will include beautiful Reiki energy with 🕊️

Reiki means universal energy and is a hands on practice where energy is transferred for relaxation and rebalancing. Renee will offer 2-3 Reiki positions of hands on healing or hands off aura healing, while you are bathed in sound bath.

WELLBEING MONDAY MORNING
A beautiful way to start the week in collaboration with lovely Mel for a restorative yin & sound offering for the team at . 🙏🏼📿✨

It was such a treat and so delightful to be surrounded by the considered curated works of creatives and .

Thank you also to my dear friend Gaylene for inviting me to co-create & share my frequency offering in this creative space.

I HAVE A DEEP LOVE FOR THIS WORK.

I CANNOT IGNORE THE ANCESTRAL VOICES THAT CALL FOR ME TO PLAY MY INSTRUMENTS AND USE MY VOICE AS IT IS STRONG.

The power of sound bath meditation or sound healing comes through presence.

All you have to do is just ‘be’ and through the frequency of my instruments, entrainment encourages allows your brain wave state to listen on a cellular level.

Every time I hold space in sound I am in awe of how sounds and frequencies connect us and allow us to communicate in a way that is beyond words.

There is so much wonder that comes from deep connection with my instruments to translate what they are asking of me for our community, through timing, melody, harmony. I have been taught through theory, mentors and listening to my intuition and intention.

I am always amazed by the expansive love that comes from sound and presence. It is so simple and profound.

All you have to do is just be.
