Yoga classes returning tomorrow for 2026!

Until Floreat Surf Club (my yoga home since 2004) has finished renovations, classes will continue at Wembley Downs Uniting Church : 130 Calais Road.

Classes Monday Jan 12th at 10.30 am and 6.15pm.

And so in yoga practice : don’t practice how you think it should look or worry about what someone else is doing. Just show up, do you and live now. You are welcome in my space to be you.
