🔥🐎 Fire Horse Arrival Ritual 🐎 🔥

Courage 🔥 Momentum 🔥 Clean Forward Motion

Allow 15 to 25 minutes

✨ What you’ll need
🕯️ One candle (white or red if you have it)
💧 A small bowl of water
🖊️ One piece of paper + pen
☕️ Optional: cacao, tea, or warm water
💎 Optional grounding object (stone, jewellery, something earthy)

🔥 Step 1 ~ Ground before the fire 🔥

Sit or stand with both feet on the floor.

Place one hand on your lower belly, one on your heart.
Slow breath in through the nose, long exhale through the mouth.

Say softly (or internally)

“I am here. I am safe in my body.
I meet this new cycle grounded.”

This step matters because Fire Horse energy moves fast.
You’re anchoring it into the body, not letting it scatter.

🔥 Step 2 ~ Light the candle Invite the Horse 🔥

As you light the candle, say:

“I welcome the Fire Horse.
I welcome courage without force,
movement without burnout,
power that listens to my body.”

Pause. Let the flame settle.
Notice: does it flicker wildly or steady quickly? (Just observe, no meaning needed.)

🔥 Step 3 ~ Release what Fire Horse won’t carry 🔥

On the paper, write only what feels heavy or outdated, especially:
📈 patterns of exhaustion
😩 over-responsibility
😱 hesitation rooted in fear
🫢 ways you dim your truth to keep peace

When done, read it once and say:

“This no longer runs with me.”

Tear the paper slowly.
If safe, you can burn a corner and place it in the bowl of water.
If not, just tear and drop it in the bowl.

Let water receive it. (Fire + Water = balance.)

🔥 Step 4 ~ Call in Fire Horse qualities 🔥

On a fresh part of the paper, write 3 qualities only (Fire Horse hates excess).
Examples ~ use what feels alive:
✨ momentum
✨ bold clarity
✨ embodied leadership
✨ clean desire
✨ joyful discipline

Then place your hand over the list and say:

“I move forward in alignment, not urgency.
My energy is sovereign.
I trust when to run and when to rest.”

This line is important.
It prevents Fire Horse from tipping into burnout.

🔥 Step 5 ~ Body seal 🔥

Stand up.

Gently:
😌 roll shoulders
😌 shake arms and legs
😌 do 3 slow hip circles

End with both hands on your thighs and say:

“My body sets the pace.”

Blow out the candle with intention (don’t rush).

After the ritual (integration)
✨Drink something warm
✨No scrolling for at least 10 minutes
✨ If insights arrive later, jot them down

Adrenal Fatigue and Dysfunction is something super close to my heart, something I’ve experienced, healed and experienced again many times over.

I never knew what it was, until 3rd year of Kinesiology College, our hormonal component where we learnt all about it. And there was a stress questionnaire (similar to the one I just created) where I ticked every single box. 🤯

Struggling to stay awake at midday despite being on my 3rd double shot coffee. 🤦‍♀️

Yep. I had Adrenal Fatigue.
Stage 3 - the Burnout Stage.

I went on to get it balanced by a fellow student and over those few sessions, I went from exhausted, depressed, overwhelmed and unable to cope ~ to superwoman! 🦸‍♀️

Jumping out of bed at 5.30am to go to yoga before 12 hour days with clients, absolutely pumped and capable of all the things! 🙌

It’s like I found the secret to life! ✨

I do still have a tendency to over do it tho, and throw myself back into exhaustion.
My self care hasn’t been the greatest lately and if you know anything about Human Design ~ I’m a Manifestor.
And they require a huuuge amount of rest - which I don’t always give myself 😂
But enough about me…
