Sometimes, we need to spend time by ourselves, in nature, to feel the healing energy, that is always there. While you observe what nature is providing you with, with all your senses, see what thoughts, songs, ideas etc come to mind. Often, the answers that we are seeking will come to us when we allow ourselves to hear them. The universe is always communicating with us. We just need to listen.
