Very important safety message. A review of sunscreen has just occurred. These sunscreens sold in Australia were all tested to see if the SPF number they claimed was accurate. As you can see there is a sunscreen that was labeled at SPF 50 but after 2 seperate tests it has conclusively come back as being SPF 4

I’m back 😊 home again after competing in the National artistic swimming championships in melbourne. I compete in the masters technical and combination routines, where we won our category 🏅. Melbourne was a whirlwind of swim training, sightseeing and viewing the Frankston sandcastle competition.

I am opening more availability for Aquatic OT in Joondalup arena and Craigie leisure centre.
I also have immediate capacity for FCA’s.

Today on world Autism day I feel proud to be trained by Autism Swim. They have encouraged me to combine my Occupational Therapy experience with my passion of swimming to expand my career to assist people who are on the Autism spectrum in the Aquatic space.

As an OT in aquatic therapy I am passionate about ensuring my clients are safe in the water. For those swimming or have children who like swimming please consider the following bather colours and how they look in a pool or lake. Notice how blue bathers are much harder to see in the water.

Blue Therapy in Brisbane and Mt Tamborine.
Wherever I travel I always find the water and engage in blue therapy.

Blue therapy is the practice of spending time in nature near blue spaces, such as lakes, rivers, or the ocean, as a form of self-care that is good for your mental health, to have a calming and soothing effect on your mind.

Hi everyone, I’m about to say goodbye to the gorgeous mountains in Japan. I’ll be returning home to the beautiful beaches of Perth soon.

I am even more passionate about helping people return to activities they love after seeing the vast styles of transportation and ski based equipment for people with physical limitations in japan.

If you have an amputation, EDS, chronic pain or other physical limitation and want to start nature or aquatic therapy with me I will have openings shortly.
