Last week Baseline Onsite had the pleasure to be part of the 2023 Underground Mine Emergency Response Competition and sponsor the Search and Rescue scenario.

A special congratulations to Evolution Mining Mungari for winning Search and Rescue and to Tropicana for winning overall. All participants and everyone involved are commended for their commitment and hard work.

We would like to extend a big thank you to our Trainers who were involved in training 10 of the 14 participating teams. Your dedication to mine safety and mentoring is highly valued by Baseline and the wider mining community.

CMEWA Mine Emergency Response Competition

Baseline Onsite trained five of the eight teams who competed at the Underground Mine Emergency Response Competitions - CMEWA recently held in Kalgoorlie. All participants are congratulated for their commitment to driving improvements in mine safety, in particular first place overall winner, Norton Gold Fields Paddington.

International Paramedics Day will be held on 8th July each year to recognise and celebrate the work carried out by paramedics and first responders around the world.
