I decided to get activated. Why? Stress, sleep, fatigue and inflammation to name a few. We all experience some of these. For me it was sleep, anxiety and that perimenopause crap..😬

A simple routine like this, where I take one of these a day, means my sleep is phenomenal, my anxiety is all time low and that perimenopause stuff...is totally under control..🤗
