The program is an online one on one intervention that begins with a Foundation Session to prepare the internal environment and establish safety. This is followed by seven guided sessions. Each session is two hours and the program runs over thirteen weeks with sessions every two weeks to allow integration. Between sessions there are integration calls and reflective meditation exercises to support ongoing change. A level of emotional stability is required so the work is safe and effective.
