The serum droppers can be used direct to face or hands but avoid them touching the skin so you don’t contaminate the serum.

Best times to use a Gua Sha is in the AM and daily if you can, otherwise bring it out when you are puffy or tired for a mini refresh. You could also do it in the shower whilst your face wash is on.

The eye patches, we always get asked which way to apply. Apply with the thickest end of the patch toward the nose and as close to your eye as you can for maximum results. Also keep them in the fridge for adding cooling and de-puffing.

Best to apply your face moisturiser into your beard if you can. If your beard is too thick, try the beard oil or balm and massage right in so it touches the skin. These soften the beard hair and provide moisture to your skin underneath.

Highly recommended the following to keep your skin hydrated and so you arrive looking fresh- Lip Balm, eye cream, hydrating gel, the parfum, deodorant and the Gua Sha (swipe from nose to outside of your face a couple of times to help eliminate puffiness).
