We are excited to welcome Alyx Selsmeyer to the RLF AgTech team, who started with us today.

Alyx grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin, USA and brings a strong mix of technical and commercial experience in agriculture. She holds degrees in Biological Systems Engineering and Agricultural Business Management and Economics.

Since moving to Australia in 2017, Alyx has worked across Sydney, Melbourne and South Australia in a range of AgTech roles, and now joins RLF as a Business Development Manager.

She is passionate about sustainability and the future of food and fibre, and outside of work is an accomplished sailor, having competed in world and national championships. Alyx also contributes as a board member of the South Australian Agricultural Bureau and volunteers with OzHarvest.

We are thrilled to have Alyx on board. Please join us in welcoming her to the team.

Positive news is highlighted in a video from STOCKHEAD following RLF’s ASX Announcement to the market that also captures some other remarkable results and opportunities for growers, including:

• RLF’s integrated crop nutrition program achieved an average of $212 per hectare net margin and an average 149% Return on Investment (ROI) in wheat, with top results delivering a $312/ha net margin and 267% ROI.

• These results validate RLF’s economic solution for ‘constrained soils’, common across Australia's 12-14 million hectares of wheat, representing a significant market opportunity.

The aim is to showcase the RLF AgTech Crop Nutrition System across five distinct soil types at the Oldbury Trial Site. The focus is to demonstrate the agronomic and economic impact of RLF’s programs in real-world, high-resolution, trials.

This is something that would benefit all growers and data highlights on display include:

1. Soil Test Results (across all pods and soil types)
2. PBI Index values for each trial strip
3. Germination and Canopy Scores (via Canopeo at 3 weeks post-emergence)
4. Per-hectare Input Costs by treatment
