2025.. what a journey you have been lol

From expansion, healing, rest, grief, feeling scared and lost to blooming as my true self, learning new things about life, healing and myself.

This year was tough, but a lot of growth came from those tough times, I truely stepped out of my comfort zone and trusted the universe, my path and intuition.

And I’m so glad I did, I spent wayyyyyyy too long staying comfortable and stagnant it took a lot of healing and self trust but here we are.

I’m so grateful to have this life, to be able to feel, to be able to learn and to be able to grow!

I’m incredibly grateful for all of you! Whether I have held space for you, you’ve interacted with my page, or you’re just watching and following the journey because you’re curious,

This year is moving incredibly quick and the rush of Christmas is rolling in, what better way to prepare yourself for this hectic time than taking time out for you out in nature, connected with the land, the earth and self🤎

Last night we had a new moon in Libra! New moons mark a beginning and deep inner reflection of self.

This new moon being in Libra calls us to focus on balance, what areas of your life feels balanced and what feels unsteady?

Libra is focusing on relationships in this moon phase, finding patterns within these relationships that do not serve us or can cause us to be unbalanced.

By embodying balance we need to ask ourselves these questions

In what area to I sacrifice too much of myself to keep the peace?

What does balance mean to me?

In what relationships am I giving more rather than equal exchange?

Welcome to vulnerability!😌

I’ve been longing to connect with you all through showing myself and who I am. It’s been hard to open myself up to be seen and heard but I feel the most important way to connect with my audience is to just be me!

I’m always preaching about being yourself on here… but not actually showing myself out of fear and judgement. So I’ve decided to throw all the f***s out the window and dive right into that vulnerability!

This video is a little insight on me, who I am, how I got into sound healing and what I want from this account as well as how I want to connect with you all!
