I’m a woman who’s walked through fire and found softness on the other side.

I’ve companioned grief as a widow.

I’ve faced cancer in my own body.

💗The Heart Behind JOLS Wellness & Healing💗

I didn’t set out to become a Holistic Wellness Mentor. My path unfolded through heartbreak, healing, and a deep remembering of what it means to companion others through life’s hardest moments.

After losing my husband, I found myself navigating the raw terrain of grief alone, unmoored, and searching for meaning. In that space, JOLS Wellness Hub was born. Not as a business, but as a lifeline. A place where I could begin to gather the tools that had supported me: Holistic Counselling, Reiki, Access Consciousness Bars, and Holistic Life Coaching. Each modality offered something unique, but together they formed a language of care that felt deeply intuitive.

Then came my own breast cancer diagnosis. Another initiation. Another layer of lived wisdom. Through treatment, fatigue, and the quiet reckoning with my body, I learned how to hold space for myself and for others with even greater tenderness.

Today, I don’t offer these modalities as separate services. I offer myself. My presence. My experience. My training. My knowing. As a Holistic Wellness Mentor, I companion women through cancer, grief, and life transitions with empathy, clarity, and gentle strength. My approach is practical and spiritual, intuitive and grounded. It’s shaped by everything I’ve lived and everything I continue to learn.
