I can be exactly what you need me to be...it might not always be what you think you need, but I can guarantee you it's what you actually need.

I'm not always going to bring the positive encouragement. Sometimes, it will be tough love and a kick up the butt to help you get out of your own way. I'll call you out on your BS and help you see where you are keeping yourself stuck.

I'm also good at helping you celebrate yourself. You'll start truly believing in your capabilities, be proud of yourself, and see all of your achievements (even in the weeks when it feels like you've "failed).

I believe that the real results come when you can marinate in your success but also get real about where you can do better.

Please understand that most of the EARLY symptoms of perimenopause can feel very unrelated to your hormones... and often women dont identify these symptoms as being linked with the hormonal fluctuations of perimenopause until after the fact.

The biggest tip I can give you is...πŸ‘‡πŸΌ
"Dont ignore the early signs. The sooner you tune in and listen to what your body is asking for, the easier this ride will be."

Don't keep doing the same thing you've been doing. You need to shift gears and adjust your choices so that you can navigate this next phase of life smoothly.

Patients cancelling for ALL the right reasons make me happy (despite it having a negative impact on my income).

I fall in love with my job that little bit more every time I get to witness a woman go from feeling heavy, sluggish, moody, exhausted and uncomfortable to feeling "AMAZING" and "BLOODY GOOD" (her words exactly).

I don't know why more women aren't getting the support and answers they need.

Come on, ladies. You deserve better.

If only I could go back in time and tell that little girl that everything she goes through in her life will help her to help other women.

I was the girl who grew up with insecurities about my body. Went to extremes to be thin and desirable. Looked for love and approval in all the wrong places. Felt trapped in a body that was letting me down. Full of anxiety and secrets.

I have come a long way. I'm still not perfect. I will forever continue to learn and grow.

While I continue on my journey, I get to support, inspire, and help transform other women's lives.

πŸ¦‹ I get to witness women who are overweight find ways to effortlessly lose weight and feel released from restrictive diets.

πŸ¦‹ I get to support women whose lives are dictated by relentless hormonal imbalances, find a calmness and peace month after month.

πŸ¦‹ I get to help women who are debilitated by discomfort, bloating, and urgent bathroom runs, discover a life where they can eat whatever they want and not fear the consequences.
