Please listen carefully...
There is absolutely NOTHING you need to do to 'make up' for anything you ate over Christmas.
It's time to stop carrying around this sh*tty conditioning and free yourself from this shameful cycle.
The best thing you can do is keep prioritising yourself...making choices that feel good and make YOU feel good. Treat yourself kindly and quit bullying yourself into trying harder. You dont need more willpower...you need a new approach. One of self-compassion and self-worth.
ASK YOURSELF: What small shift can I make now that makes me feel better?
Maybe it's as simple as drinking a glass of water, munching on some fresh veggies, going for a stroll after dinner, or putting down your phone, and going to bed earlier.
Make choices from a place of kindness, NOT shame and regret.
