Sharing my own latest FoodFit Report.
The red items are the ones I will avoid for 6 - 12 months.
This report is a great example of how much LESS reactivity there can be over time.
When I started using this compatibility eating plan in 2017, my first couple of reports had a lot more red items, and some items were definitely trickier to avoid. It was always worth the initial effort to make the changes. I noticed it most in my gut, energy and sleep.
This report will be easy-peasy and I know the couple of tweaks I have to make will make a difference to how my whole system functions - especially during the silly season.
