Yoga for Busy Business Owners

Led by my husband, David (aka Yogi Phoenix), this is not your typical yoga class. It’s a space to reset your mind, move your body, and clear the mental clutter that builds up when you’re always “on.”

Designed especially for people who run businesses and rarely slow down, this gentle session will help release tight shoulders and necks, improve flexibility, and recharge your energy.

And it’s all for a great cause, every ticket supports Opportunity International Australia in their mission to empower women entrepreneurs and help end poverty. 🌏

I am passionate about helping people become the best they can through yoga, exercise and nutrition.

People often tell me they don’t practice yoga because they think they’re not flexible enough, or they don’t know how. As I say in my classes, “Yoga is a practice; not perfect.” I understand the fear but encourage others to simply start – Taking a leap of faith is the first step; we don’t know anything until we learn it.

NewU Wellness is running a 10-week Beginners Yoga Course starting in March, designed to take the fear out of starting yoga.

This will be a hands-on program designed to put people at ease with no expectations or judgements in “Our Yoga Room”, a small intimate studio. The program is designed to help people open their hearts to beautiful life changing habits that yoga brings to its students.

Noelle will be guiding the course, some of you know her. She has a beautiful presence and is highly knowledgeable both in practice and qualifications.

The course is limited to 10 students, so I would appreciate your help sharing with anyone you know that has an interest in yoga (or you might be keen to join yourself).
