Behind the Scenes Thursday - The Hero Within
We are too hard on ourselves! I thought so much about this post and reading it actually makes me emotional.

You know that moment when you feel like you haven't done "enough" today?
The hero within doesn't need grand gestures or dramatic victories. The hero within gets up, does an hour of exercise, researches for work, shows up for clients, feeds the kids, makes dinner, and somehow keeps it all together.
