At Access Foundation, we put the care of our participants at the centre of everything we do as they are the reason we exist. Our enthusiastic team works with individuals and families to deliver a range of supports and services including plan management and support coordination, long and short term respite accommodation, assistance with daily living , everyday social and community skills, job skills and employment pathways and innovative leisure and social programmes. Access Foundation ensures participants are kept up to date with reliable, friendly and efficient communication. Our experienced team is always happy to provide clarity about the NDIS and how it works, so people better understand their situations and options. We are passionate about providing our participants and their families with the highest quality of care and support – so they can live life their way. Access Foundation provides different supports and services to people living with disability. We are serious about our responsibilities to the people we support and their communities.
