Hi everyone 🧡

Some of you may already know that we’ll soon be moving from Baldivis. With the relocation approaching, I’m focusing on being present with my family to help make this transition as smooth as possible. Because of this, my Baldivis home clinic will now be closed.

During this time, I’m exploring some flexible treatment options, including mobile massage (where I come to you) and mobile chair massage. If either of these options interest you, please feel free to send me a message so we can chat further.

I’m also really excited to share that I’ll be re-establishing in Golden Bay, where I’ll be creating a private home studio along with introducing some new, special treatments.

I’ll be sharing updates along the way so you can follow the journey and stay connected.

Monthly massage isn’t a luxury — it’s body maintenance.

Just like skincare, nourishing food, exercise and stretching, massage and meditation play an essential role in reducing the stress and tension patterns we hold in our bodies.

Without regular self-care, the body stores stress as a protective response to everyday strain — poor posture, injuries, compensation patterns, and even emotional overload. Over time, that stored tension becomes tightness, restriction and discomfort.

A reactive massage — booking only when pain shows up — can absolutely provide relief. But it’s often temporary.

I’ve been thinking lately about what massage truly means to me.
It’s so much more than easing tension or treating tight muscles — it’s intentional self‑care, something I’ve often struggled to prioritise. But as I get older, I’m realising how essential it is for me to stay focused, grounded and well.

My regular massage is the time I switch off, unwind and reconnect with my body.
It’s a chance to release built‑up tension, calm my nervous system and actually listen to what my body needs. It’s one of the few moments where my mind quietens and I can genuinely relax.

But I also know this kind of deep rest can only happen when you feel safe, respected and heard. Massage can be a vulnerable experience, especially with someone you don’t know or trust.

That’s why my focus is always on creating a calm, professional and welcoming environment — a space where you feel genuinely cared for, supported and comfortable to let go.

Salt lamp ambience, soft calming lights, beautiful AWO essential oils diffusing in the background and soulful relaxing piano music to help you drift into deep relaxation.

Hydration after your session — and if you’re ever feeling a bit light-headed, I’ve got a small sugary treat on hand to help you feel grounded again.
