I just shared a new blog about exactly that — what it really feels like to return to Bikram yoga after time away, and why you’re not starting from zero, even when it feels that way.
After walking 833km across Spain on the Camino del Norte, I realised Bikram yoga had been quietly preparing me long before I left.
After the walk though, when I walked back into the hot room… and reality arrived quickly 🫠
This post is for anyone who’s:

You just need to show up.
