Let’s talk BIG PICTURE 🤓

If you’re not addressing these points, your progress time is limited.

This is where I see people falling off.

You want PROGRESS THAT LASTS - And that means a smart approach.

Are any of these letting you down?

It’s shocking how unusual it is to eat in a calorie surplus.

People spend DECADES ‘dieting’ but really just following a cycle of restriction that gets them nowhere.

It SHOULD be NORMAL to eat at maintenance and a surplus. To know how eating feels without restriction.

Because it changes everything when you truly let yourself have the freedom to self regulate. To focus on the benefits first instead of thinking about the calories.

We build healthy minds and bodies through abundance and not restriction.

Comp prep gets a bad rap.

It’s not for everyone. It’s not for most people, but this is what it taught ME.

This is the side I LOVE to show the people who are ready for it. This sh*t is life changing.

10 years ago if you’d told me that good nutrition should feel easy I wouldn’t have believed you.

I used to overthink every meal, stress about what to eat, and feel guilty about what I’d already eaten. It felt like a constant battle.

✅ It SHOULD feel easy
✅ It SHOULD feel good
❌ It SHOULDN’T be constantly on your mind

If you’re stuck in this cycle, you don’t have to keep fighting it by yourself.

Investing in your health and happiness shouldn’t be a last resort. The most successful people invest in themselves and they get RESULTS.

If this resonates with you, send me a message. I am here to help 🫶🏼

What REALLY helped me grow my glutes? Making my GLUTES the hardest working muscle in these movements.

It’s easy to go through the motions, lifting heavy but not getting the most out of your training.

Slow down. Feel the muscle. Give it more weight when things get easy 🙌🏼

DM me if you want to fast track the process 👏🏼

Let’s talk CARBS ⬇️

Your pre workout meal should be easily digestible and should contain a nice serving of carbs and protein.

🍯 It’s a great time to utilise some sugars too!

1. Yoghurt and cereal
2. Protein oats
3. Protein cream of rice
4. Smoothie bowl
5. Chicken and rice
6. Bagels

What’s your go-to pre workout meal?

Want glute growth like Keita? 🤯

Growth like this doesn’t happen overnight. This is 4 years of training smart, eating well and loving the process.

This was one of those journeys where you’re enjoying the process so much, you almost forget to look back at where you’ve come from. Every time I look back at these progress photos I think they look crazy!

But, as usual, it’s the mental changes, the conversations and the mindset that show the real growth.

Our Story

I grew up hating sport and not knowing how to control my eating, or even knowing that I could be in charge of my own health and body. I took up running (though I never liked cardio) and would often eat back the calories I ran off. Finding myself in the gym I began lifting heavy weights and became addicted to the sense of achievement and beating my former self, but I still struggled with food and would often eat too little and then too much.

It took a few years to find my footing and realise that my end goal was not to lift the heaviest weights but rather to build the body that I wanted. Under guidance I learnt how to change my perception and started to understand how diet and training could work together to get me where I wanted to be.

Many years on and I understand concepts about the body that my younger self never could have. I challenge myself during the preparation for bikini competitions and maybe even more so, staying in control when I don’t have a massive goal. I am a personal trainer and coach, helping my clients to understand these concepts and setting them a path to their goals. I aim to teach but also to motivate, because everyone has the ability to grow and become more, they just have to accept that the responsibility lies with them and then find someone to show them the path.
