The funny side to living with a brain injury 🤯...
I must of planted a pineapple top in one of my pots some time ago. I have no memory of doing this 🧐, one of many symptoms.
On my return from Sydney Brain Hub - Changing Lives Through Neuroplasticity, I noticed I now have my very first home grown pineapple.🍍 So thrilled 😅
My brother in-law John Bird would probably be saying you are now a true Queenslander ✨️ 💓✨️

The combination of Gentle Yoga, Meditation and sound frequencies will assist your body to enter a relaxed state, bringing awareness within your body and mind, allowing your nervous system to relax and rejuvenate, providing deep healing at a cellular level. 🌈🧘‍♀️🌕
Janice will finish the session by guiding you through a beautiful sound healing journey touching on all 7 Chakras: Root, Sacral, Solar, Heart, Throat, 3rd Eye and The Crown.
