To make sure the model was warm enough, I used a blanket underneath and on top of her. I had three hot water bottles to warm up the table, and I placed them on top of her during the massage, plus an extra one to warm up my hands!
Please always make sure, when you give a massage, that the person is warm enough. When the body relaxes, it goes into a mode where the body temperature drops (just like when you sleep), so make sure to add extra layers. It’s always better to remove some if needed and adjust during the session.
I’ve honestly had massages where I wasn’t warm enough, and it ruined the moment because I couldn’t stop moving…
