This incredibly tranquil session weaves together soothing Swedish massage across the upper back & down either side of the spine, releasing muscle tensions & inflammation that restricts our 31 pairs of spinal nerves from flowing freely out to all areas of our body.
Following this, you will sink even deeper into relaxation with our nurturing scalp work, releasing tension and encouraging circulation.
Gentle facial massage & reflexology with pressure points followsโฆ. Donโt worry, I will wake you to reposition & then youโll be quickly back into the magical space of meditation again!
This therapy is designed to deeply restore your energy and bring your whole system back into harmony ~
