39%. That’s how many emergency responders are diagnosed with a mental health condition at some point in their lives.

They’re also twice as likely to develop PTSD compared to the general population.

At Resolute, we don’t see that as just a number, we see people who’ve carried the weight of critical moments, long after the sirens stop.

That’s why our trauma-informed, team-based care model is built to support first responders and their families with respect, understanding, and clinical excellence. Because those who show up for others deserve someone who shows up for them. Are you ready to start your journey? www.resolute.support/

Real care means real access. At Resolute, improved access to care isn’t a promise, it’s built into how we work. Patients value having nurse practitioners on hand, direct messaging through Oqea, and fast help with scripts, referrals, and DVA paperwork.

But it goes further than that.

We care for the person and the family, supporting partners, children, and home life. From connecting kids with Kookaburra Kids to coordinating with dentists, physios, or rehab providers, our care doesn’t stop at the clinic door.

This is what it means to serve those who serve.

Recovery doesn’t end when the course does.

Resolute’s five-week trauma recovery program is just the beginning. While some veterans and first responders leave feeling empowered, others need time and continued support to process, reflect, and rebuild.

That’s where our Nurse Practitioners step in.

With trauma-informed expertise and a deep understanding of the program’s structure, they guide participants beyond discharge, offering goal-setting, follow-ups, therapy support, medication reviews, and more.

Because real recovery takes time. And no one should do it alone. Click the link to learn more about Resolute: www.resolute.support/

It’s more than a check-in. It’s a lifeline. At Resolute, we stand shoulder to shoulder with those who serve and protect – our Veterans, military personnel, and first responders.

Too often, those who dedicate their lives to others struggle in silence. That’s why we back the mission of R U OK? – to empower mates, families, and teammates to spot the signs, start the conversation, and offer real support before it’s too late.

Because connection saves lives. Every day, 8.8 Australians die by su***de. But a simple “R U OK?” can change someone’s path. Let’s lead the way by checking in, listening without judgment, and standing by one another – just like we do in the field.

You don’t have to be a professional to make a difference. You just have to care enough to ask.

Care isn’t just clinical, it’s collaborative.

At Resolute, we’re challenging outdated, siloed models of care. For Veterans and first responders, healing often requires a multifaceted approach and that means bringing specialists together: Psychiatrists, GPs, Pharmacists, Dietitians, Addiction experts, and more.

It’s about trusted relationships, whole-person care, and making sure no concern goes unheard. Whether it's managing complex conditions or navigating the DVA system, our goal is the same: a stronger, connected care team that truly serves those who have served.

Because patients don’t just need a plan, they need a team.

It’s not just mental health, it’s your whole health.

At Resolute, we understand that many Veterans arrive with confusion around their claims, unsure how mental and physical health connect. That’s why we look at the full picture, from psychological diagnoses to conditions like tinnitus, TMJ, or sleep disruption that affect recovery.

Our intake assessments are more than paperwork, they’re the foundation for holistic, trauma-informed care. Whether it’s a referral to a specialist dentist or audiologist, we make sure every patient has a team behind them, and a pathway forward.

Because recovery isn’t just about treating symptoms, it’s about restoring lives. Click the link to start your journey: www.resolute.support/contact

For those who serve, and those who support them.

As Kelly transitions into a Nurse Practitioner role with WellNurse Mental Health Service, the value of working on the front lines of Veteran care becomes even more clear. At Resolute, that means not just treating the individual, but building support around the whole family.

With firsthand experience inside the DVA and now delivering hands-on care, Kelly bridges the gap between psychiatry, GPs, and everyday life. From coordinating referrals to dentists or exercise physiologists, to being the steady link in a complex system, this is what collaborative, trauma-informed care looks like.

Because our Veterans and first responders deserve more than a pathway, they deserve a team.

We’re not just a clinic. We’re a team of Veterans, first responders, clinicians, and carers who’ve walked the same path.

We know what it feels like to navigate systems that weren’t built for you. To carry the weight of service long after the job is done. To want to move forward, without being seen as broken.

That’s why Resolute exists. Because real care starts with understanding, not just treatment. We lead with lived experience, clinical excellence, and the belief that service deserves respect, not red tape.

We’re here to stand with you, work beside you, and help you return to your life with strength and dignity.

That’s the difference. That’s Resolute. www.resolute.support/

A mental health day shouldn't be seen as going AWOL.

That’s why Resolute was founded: to create a trauma-informed, multidisciplinary environment where patients don’t just receive care, they feel understood. By working alongside psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, GPs, and advocacy networks, Resolute provides a collaborative model that meets patients where they are; with urgency, respect, and lived experience.

This is what care looks like when it’s built for those who serve. Ready to start your journey with Resolute? www.resolute.support/

Cultural competence isn't optional... it's essential.

In the clinical space, especially when supporting Defence personnel and first responders, understanding the unique language, values, and culture of those who serve can make all the difference.

You don’t need to have worn a uniform to serve this community well, but you do need to listen, learn, and earn their trust. Volunteering, spending time in their environments, and speaking their language helps clinicians connect not just professionally, but meaningfully.

At Resolute, we believe that great care starts with cultural respect.

Ex-serving males (25–34 years) are 66.7% more likely to be admitted to hospital for self-harm than their peers in the general Australian population.

This is more than a statistic, it’s a signal that many veterans are still carrying unseen burdens long after service ends. Between 2010 and 2020, ex-serving ADF members were consistently more likely to be hospitalised for intentional self-harm across all age groups. For young men who’ve served, the risk is especially stark.

At Resolute, we exist to change that. Led by Veterans, backed by clinical excellence, and grounded in lived experience, we deliver trauma-informed care for those who’ve worn the uniform.

Faster care. Smarter systems. Better outcomes.

At Resolute, nurse practitioners are helping bridge the gap between referral and psychiatric care, reducing wait times, accelerating assessments, and getting Veterans and first responders the support they need, sooner.

With lived experience and deep understanding of the DVA process, in collaboration with WellNurse Mental Health Service our nurse practitioners don’t just support psychiatrists, they lead with empathy, liaise with advocates, and ensure every report is decision-ready and diagnostic-aligned.

This is collaborative care, done right.
