Just move. 🏃♀️
Yes you should lift weights,
Yes you should move regularly (150mins mod intensity or 75mins vigorous activity each week)
Yes you should do balance exercises, relaxing activities etc etc
But sometimes, just popping a beach cricket set in the car and agreeing to be an extra fielder in a beach cricket game can get you moving/running on sand, stretching to catch a ball (& feeling quite sore the next day). Ticks a few things off the above list & is a bit fun (or funny) at the same time. 😊
So just move. In many different ways…and even play beach cricket in a long dress with your long straightened hair flying in your face…
