Felice Mack has been practicing a mix of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Yin yoga for over sixteen years. Her classes combine a dynamic mix of strength and calm suitable for students of all levels of ability. This allows her students to explore their practise of yoga more deeply by linking breath to movement. Start your journey today and come join us at the beautiful St Edmund's Anglican Church, Wembley.
