From the heart, thank you all for another great year together. I’ll never get tired of saying how much I love what I do and seeing you all. Your support this year has leaped me through to amazing goals and can’t wait for an even better 2024 together. This pic of my dad as Santa concludes my Xmas cards. It’s been real giving these out over the years, but the ol’ man has had to give up the sleigh at shopping centres. From now on, it’s my Greek biscuits to spoil you with. I Thought I had strong gluts but boy this exercise Is torturous! If you can’t lift your leg like this….. then what muscles aren’t switching on properly? My left leg literally cramped. It was worth working off half a Pina colada I had from the trip though. If you’re game, try 3x 8 reps each side. This is insanely good for your hips. Forever my warm up now 🙏🙏

Hello lovelies! I’m back! And as much as I could have sworn I’d be living in Greece with all those cute cats massaging in Mykonos, there’s no place like home. Hello lovelies! I’m off the Greece and Croatia tomorrow and back on massage as of the 23rd august. I will definitely not need this jumper and scarf! However, I will always be contactable for any appointments that need to be made or changed (trust me, I got 2 mortgages so I encourage this 🤣) this is the longest I’ve been away from massage so I’ve got separation anxiety hahah.
