Hey there! I’m Nicola, the new chiropractor here at Northbridge Chiropractic.

Most people meet me when they’ve been pushing through for a while…
Headaches that keep coming back.
Tight shoulders that don’t switch off.
And feeling “off” starting to feel normal.

I don’t see the body as failing,
I see it as running out of options.

I know this personally because I used to deal with chronic headaches, and I understand how much they can affect daily life.

That’s why I focus on understanding why your body is struggling in the first place,
not just where it hurts.

On my days off, you’ll usually find me reading or spending time with my husband and our dog.

My goal isn’t just to reduce pain,
it’s to help you understand your body and look after it for the long run.

Big news for the Northbridge community 🙌

We’re really excited to share that we have another chiropractor joining the team from April 20.

Meet Nicola.

She’s passionate about helping people understand what their body is trying to tell them, not just covering up symptoms, but getting to the root of what’s going on.

Having experienced chronic headaches herself, Nicola understands how much ongoing discomfort can affect your energy, your mood and your day-to-day life. That’s what led her into chiropractic care.

Her approach is simple and thoughtful:

Take the time to listen, understand how your body is functioning as a whole and create a personalised plan that helps you move better, feel better and stay well long term.

We’re really looking forward to having her in the clinic and for you all to meet her.

Take time off work.

And still feel tense.

For many people, the issue isn’t effort.
It’s that their nervous system never truly switches off.
