My mission is to help and encourage people to create and be the best version of themselves through yoga, meditation, and healthier lifestyle choices.

Yoga meaning 'Union' or 'Yolk' is the coming together of the mind, body & spirit. It's through our vinyasa style yoga which combines each breath with a movement and into each of our asanas (postures) that creates a powerful practice that can tone and strengthen your body, calm and relax your mind, rejuvinate your spirit.

💛🔥 A heartfelt THANK YOU to our local FIRE fighters & volunteers 🙏🔥

To every fire fighter, volunteer, first responder and community member who showed up selflessly and is still showing up to protect our homes, families and coastline during the Warnbro fires this week — we see you, we appreciate you, and we are so deeply grateful.

Your courage, long hours, physical exhaustion and emotional resilience do not go unnoticed. You held our community safe and still are. During incredibly challenging conditions, and for that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The Sanctuary Hub would love to offer a FREE flow yoga class to all fire fighters and volunteers involved, as a way to give back and support your recovery.
