There is something incredible that happens when women deeply connect with and trust their feminine wisdom and intuition.
When they soften their bodies, relax their nervous systems, and surrender the need to hold it all together.
When they allow themselves to receive, instead of constantly pushing, striving, and doing.

This is where clarity returns.
This is where self-trust is rebuilt.
This is where the body becomes a safe place again.

In just over a week, we’re holding a very special feminine embodiment immersion at our Cottesloe Studio, created to honour International Women’s Day — a space for women to reconnect with their bodies, their truth, and their inner feminine essence.

A day of movement, connection, nervous system regulation, embodiment, and deep nourishment — in a grounded, safe, and beautiful environment.

Every Yoga Pose Has Its Own Energetic Blueprint 🧘‍♀️

Asanas aren’t just about how they look — they’re about how they feel. Patanjali says: “Sthira‑sukham āsanam” — a posture that is steady and easeful. It’s not perfection; it’s balance in body, breath, and mind.

Each pose influences the flow of prana, your life energy. Forward folds calm, backbends energise, twists release tension, and balances cultivate focus. Proper alignment matters, but the true practice is the awareness and energy you bring into the pose.

✨ Next time you practice, ask yourself: What do I feel? How does my energy move?

Yoga is an inner science — the shape supports the experience; the feeling is the real practice. 🙏

This month, we are exploring Maitri — the art of self-love and loving-kindness.
Our word of the week is Benevolence: turning kindness and compassion inward.

On the mat, we’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and honor our bodies just as they are.

Off the mat, it’s about speaking kindly to ourselves, resting when we need to, and giving ourselves permission to simply be.
