1:1 Diet With Michelle Farrall Accredited Cambridge Weight Loss Consultant
Multi Award winning - Australian Slimmer of The Year Awards Business Development Sponsor of the Year

In 2012, after years of yo-yo dieting, I successfully lost over 20 kilograms following the 1:1 Diet (by Cambridge Weight Plan) and changed my life and my health. I was looking down the barrel of Type 2 Diabetes, having Insulin resistance, a side effect of Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome and as I moved into menopause, the weight began to pile on and my specialist warned me I had to take action. The pr

ogram worked and I have maintained my weight loss since and my Insulin Levels are now normal. I previously worked in the science field, including IVF, so knew all to well the risks and effects of weight on health, both physical and mental. Due to my own success, I was so impressed with the results of the program, I became an Independent Accredited 1:1 Diet Consultant, providing 1:1 Diet meal replacements and programs, one 2 one support and weight loss guidance during your weight loss journey.

-In 2019 I was awarded Australian Consultant of the Year
-I was also consultant to the 2019 winning state entrant for WA in the Australian Slimmer of the year
- I have had multiple finalists since 2013 in the Australian Slimmer of the year.
- In 2018, I was awarded Australian Consultant Sponsor of the Year. I work from my home office in Coogee several days a week and from my office in Kardinya Tuesday (afternoon and evening). I love being a 1:1 Diet Consultant and helping to guide my Slimmers to their own success. If you are thinking the 1:1 Diet might be what you need, please contact me. THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES

It's with a heavy heart that I share this news.
After 13 years of personally being involved with The 1:1 Diet, both as a slimmer and a consultant, The 1:1 Diet Australia has closed its doors and ceased trading in Australia.

It’s been an incredible ride, with moments of joy, excitement, achievements, personal growth and invaluable learning.

To my customers and supporters: Thank you. Your belief and trust in me has been the driving force behind my business. I am grateful beyond words for your support and allowing me to guide you on your journey.

To say I am devastated is an understatement, Cambridge Weight Plan (as it was called when I joined), has been such a huge part of my life, it’s never been ‘just a job’.
I have met the most amazing people, from slimmers to my team and fellow consultants and have had the joy of being able to change people’s lives and health and develop lifelong friendships.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a part of my passion over the past 13 years.

While this chapter ends, the bonds and memories created endure.
Here’s to an amazing future.

Michelle xx

PS I am still trading whilst I have stock 😘

You know that delicious iced coffee you love? Well, we have a way for you to enjoy it guilt-free! 😉

1. Take a large glass and fill it with ice
2. Make up a meal replacement shake from your daily Plan allowance.
3. Extra water will make the drink last longer and give you a consistency closer to a latte.
4. Make up a ‘shot’ of coffee in a mug: 1 tsp of coffee, plus a good splash of water; stir until totally dissolved
5. Pour shake over ice
6. Pour coffee over shake

Enjoy!

Extra Tip: Flavours which taste amazing with this hack are: Vanilla, Cappuccino and Chocolate.

PORTION CONTROL TIPS:

We're all guilty of piling food onto our plates and under estimating portion size. If we're not careful, this can undo all our hard work and lead to plateau or even weight gain.
People tend to eat almost all of what they serve themselves. Therefore, controlling portion sizes can help prevent overindulging. Here are some tips to help keep portion sizes under control:

1. Use smaller dinnerware - plates and bowls.
2. Use measuring tools such as spoons, cups or a scale. It is very important to measure things like oil and salad dressings as they contain a lot of calories.
3. Once you have served up your dinner, put any leftovers straight into the fridge so you're not tempted go back for seconds.
4. Put your vegetables on your plate first, and cover about half of your plate with them. It leaves less room for the higher calorie foods such as potatoes and pasta.
5. Start all meals with a glass of water, which will distinguish between hunger and thirst, and also fill up your stomach.
6. Eat slowly. Eating quickly makes you less aware of getting full — and therefore increases your likelihood of overeating.
7. Don’t eat straight from the container. Jumbo-size packages or food served from large containers encourages overeating and less awareness of appropriate portion sizes.

You’ve got this!
