😫Your pain starts at least 2 days before you start bleeding
🗓You consistently take time off work because the pain is so extreme
💊Your pain can’t be managed by medications
💔You have pain during s*x or when going to the toilet
👩‍👩‍👧Close blood relatives also have very painful periods
