Bambini Yoga: Kids Yoga

The joy of being a child is to play with fantasy. If you want to play with imagination come and join the magical land of Bambini Yoga.

This special program of Yoga is a fun way for children to develop important life skills in a supportive and non competitive environment! Doing a yoga pose" perfectly" is not the aim of Yoga, there is no judgment in a Yoga class about how a child does a pose or plays a game. Instead, each child's inner-strength and self-confidence will blossom as they develop a positive self-image through learning more about their bodies and themselves as people all connected in this big, wide and wonderful world. In Yoga for kids there is a balance between spontaneity and structure allowing for children to develop not only their listening skills but also to embrace their creativity. Kids learn best when they are having fun so Yoga for kids interweaves stories,music, drama and games with Yoga poses, meditation, breath work and relaxation. This multifaceted approach makes Yoga for kids much more active than yoga for adults and much more FUN !!!!!
