To anyone wanting to change life from negative to positive some handy tips below that may help :
You are the captain of your own ship and in control. If you put fear, worry, doubt or guilt into the universe you will create more change the thought patterns to focus on your goals . ❤️
Think of three goals. A short term goal , a medium term goal and a long term goal over 5 years.
Then focus all your energy and action steps on reaching those goals❤️
When ever you think of a negative thought re focus to your goals.
Also set affirmations that match to your goal to say every day to yourself several times a day❤️
Also start thinking about all the things in life your grateful for and say them every day it can be as simple things like
Iam so happy and grateful for the food i have or shelter or friends you have etc❤️
Then also think everyday of your wins , things you have a achieved
start off simple like i made breakfast, got out of bed, went for a walk etc
Also find a short i u tube daily meditation for yourself even a 10 min one ill send you the one i use . ❤️
I would suggest having a daily checklist like this so that you achieve them everyday

✅wins
✅gratitude
✅meditate and visualise goals

Remember when you get those negative thoughts start working through your daily checklist to distract your mind to the positive you will soon find that like any habit once you make it a positve part of your daily routine you change that pattern to positive and transform your life❤️
You can do it i believe in you stay positive and be positive and remove yourself from negative conversations do not engage to stay on the positive path. You can still listen to people in need but dont take it on as your problem as you cannot control others but you can control your own life❤️
