2 years ago we had only the ladies show to our Saturday session and it was off the chain. Someone once told me that true friendships are built on actions and not promises through lip service. It is true and can apply to all area's of your life! โ˜ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฏ

December 2018 was when the flame was lit for this crazy sport I compete in! ๐ŸฅŠ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฅ‡
Thrown in the deep end with no real experience for a charity fight, it unfortunately did not go my way ๐Ÿค•๐Ÿ˜ญ
Almost 4 years later, 4 fights later is has taken over my life. I can't explain the cathartic feeling it gives me. It has become to the point where most things in my life has to work around it! At 34 years old, I have to make the most of these fresh joints while I can ๐Ÿคž
It was a passion hobby for a while that has evolved into my purpose. It is a class at that sells out everytime! ๐Ÿ‘Š๐ŸฅŠ๐Ÿ’ช

Training 5-6 days a week is great. Consistency is not the problem, but the recovery can be! ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿค•
We all service our cars, we maintain our house but we also need that same energy for our bodies! ๐Ÿ‘Š
Whether if it is massage, physio, Chiro etc.... find an outlet that suits you and makes your body respond well to the treatments! ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Intro Deuces (ID) is a dualistic approach to exercise and recovery designed by Allen Le to give client results, have fun and prevent injury. It unlocks your movement patterns and emotional blockages to give you the necessary courage to enable freedom, success and personal growth in all areas of your life.

The Problem We live in a technology heavy society where we are under constant stress; affecting our health, relationships and sanity. We escape these stresses by seeking entertainment via social media, TV or even our emails on our phones, laptops, tablets, & computers - causing us to be in a seated position for way too long. Driving to work, sitting at our desk, collapsing in a heap when we get home and even when we sleep has us sitting even more, making our hips, back, neck and shoulders to be tight, tired and sore. The last thing we want to do here is go to the gym or if we do we have no energy to perform so sit on the machines (oh the irony) or worse yet, go #beastmode and cause a serious injury. NOT FUN!

The company name and tagline was chosen to represent our primary services which are Personal Training & Massage as well as showcasing what we believe the missing ingredient to longevity isโ€ฆโ€ฆ...FUN! It is funny how no-one had to remind us to move as kids, in fact we were chased inside by our parents as we wanted to play all day, but as adults we sacrifice that god given right of bodily freedom to chase things that donโ€™t fulfil us from behind a screen. The really cool thing about ID is, once you start looking after yourself and combat stress through enjoyment and education, others will flock to join and follow you; demonstrating just how much impact, influence and inspiration you have on the world. Have the courage to love yourself enough to #makefitnessfun as we promise it is a journey you will never regret.
