About 6 weeks ago I approached my Company and suggested that I do a guided meditation for my Sales Teams Australia wide, (it was actually a light hypnosis 👍🙂) to see if it would help those who are suffering with anxiety and stress in these difficult times. It was approved, and yesterday I presented my guided meditation, on line, via Teams, which was a bit daunting for me lol lol, and I received the following from one of the Participants, which made me feel 💜💜💕💕 so I thought I'd share it with you all.

Thank you so much Sarah, it was absolutely wonderful. I can't believe how good I still feel. Your voice is so soothing and almost musical during the meditation. I could see all the colours and smell all the smells. Feel the warmth on my shoulders and the cool sand on my feet. I was feeling so good that when you said we were going to turn around and head back up the path I was really disappointed and wanted to stay on the beach. But as we headed back up the path I started feeling energised even through the relaxation, and knew that feeling would last and sustain me after coming out of the meditation.
You're an amazing human being Sarah, so talented so deep and so generous.
