Amazing how much better my feet feel after a relaxing holiday!

The ankle retinaculae are deep bands of fascia holding the ankle tendons in place. Working these can free up the movement in the foot and ankle!

Fabulous three days learning about how to release fascia in the feet and legs. Postural changes in the feet will affect the hips, body etc and visa versa!

The planter fascia is an amazing structure ; very strong andnot stretchy. It can cause problems in the knee , the hip and right up to the neck. Many of my clients are coming with pain running down one leg! Easing restrictions in the fascia can help most issues.
