You will receive experienced, hands-on, evidence based musculoskeletal physiotherapy treatment, within a framework of a comprehensive understanding of the complexity of pain and neural sensitisation. Once pain is controlled and reduced, manual therapy is complemented with rehabilitation exercises. This is aimed at helping people perform their desired activities and reduce the risk of re-injury. It very important that people understand their diagnosis/injury and how they themselves can influence, control and improve their physical capabilities.
