✨ As I was connecting with Spirit this morning… ✨

The message that came through so clearly was about being self aware.

Being self-aware isn’t about being perfect it’s about being honest with yourself. It’s the courage to look within and recognise your own patterns, triggers, emotions, and choices without judgment. To ask yourself why you react the way you do, and what part of you is really asking to be seen, heard, or healed.

When you start becoming aware of your inner world, you stop giving your power away to what’s happening outside of you. Awareness is where real transformation begins. 🌿

It’s okay to notice when you slip into old habits. It’s okay to admit when something or someone no longer aligns. Self-awareness can be uncomfortable at times, but it’s also deeply freeing.

The more you know yourself, the more you live in alignment with your truth not who the world expects you to be. 💫

I don’t sugarcoat my readings I keep it real. Not because I want to shock anyone, but because real growth doesn’t come from being told what we want to hear. It comes from hearing what we need to hear, even when it’s uncomfortable.

I’m not the kind of reader who says “oh sh*t” (that’s not my style), but I am the kind of reader who will always tell you the truth as it comes through. My readings are about awareness, healing, and soul growth not fantasy or fluff.

Sometimes messages hit hard. Sometimes we’re not ready to hear them. And that’s okay. Growth has its timing. But when you’re open, the truth always finds you at the right moment.
