• 1/3 of the worlds population is zinc deficient 😯 but some great food sources are oysters, pumpkin seeds, red meat, spinach and quinoa 🦪

• Zinc insufficiency could significantly decrease s***m volume, s***m mobility and the percentage of normal s***m 🙅🏻

• Zinc is plays an important roll in the development of the egg and maintaining healthy hormones 💪🏽

• Just two eggs (with the yolks) per day meets about half of woman’s needs for choline prior to conceiving 😯 Most prenatals don’t contain much (or any) choline, meaning you have to get enough from your diet 🍳

• Eggs are one of the few non-seafood sources of DHA which is a key omega-3 fat linked to higher IQ in infants 🤓 So you don’t become depleted yourself it’s important to make sure your stores are up prior to conception 💪🏽
