Sometimes things build up and it's hard to know where to start. Talking it through with someone who gets it can help you find some clarity.

You never know what someone is carrying outside the office.

If a colleague seems distracted, try not to fill in the blanks yourself. Check in. A moment of curiosity and care can shift the whole tone of their day.

Every child deserves to grow up surrounded by care, safety and connection. The relationships children experience each day help shape their sense of security, belonging and wellbeing. When we support caregivers to show up with consistency, warmth and nurture, we help create the conditions children need to thrive. Find out more about fathering at the link in Bio.

One of the biggest things we hear:
“I’ll deal with it when it gets really bad.”
But by then, options are fewer.
Early conversations open doors.
You don’t have to wait.
It starts with hello.

Language is where culture shows up first. At the footy. In the group chat. In the comments. At a family BBQ.

The Man Box study surveyed 1,000 Australian men aged 18 to 30. It found that when young men were more aligned with rigid “real man” rules, they were more likely to go along or take no action when witnessing sexist comments or jokes. 57% compared with 48% among those less aligned with those norms.

Prevention is often made of small moments.
Name the standard in plain language."That is not on".

Back the person who was targeted.

Change the tone and change the norm.

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to PASG 2026, the International Conference of the Parental Alienation Study Group (PASG), proudly hosted by Parents Beyond Breakup in Perth, Western Australia, from 11–13, October 2026.

This year’s conference marks a significant milestone—not only in our ongoing mission to address and understand parental alienation, but also in the growing collaboration between global and local communities. Parents Beyond Breakup, a leading Australian advocacy and support organisation, is honoured to host this event and bring together voices from around the world to share research, strategies, and stories of resilience.

PASG 2026 will feature a dynamic program of keynote speakers, expert panels, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities. We will explore the latest developments in clinical practice, legal reform, and public education, all aimed at supporting families and professionals navigating the challenges of parental alienation.

Perth offers a stunning setting for this important dialogue. I warmly encourage you to extend your visit and experience the natural beauty, culture, and hospitality of Western Australia. Whether you're joining us as a researcher, practitioner, advocate, or affected parent, your presence will help shape a more informed and compassionate future.

We look forward to welcoming you to Perth!

Warm Regards,

Phillip Hendrix
