One of my patients 53yrs old but conditioning better than most people in there 20s! πŸ’ͺ Has been diagnosed with multiple level degeneration throughout cervical and lumbar spine involving discs and facet joints coupled with nerve irritation. She has shown huge improvement in strength and biomechanics over the last few months training with me which has increased stability around her spine and has resulted in decreased pain symptoms! Her programming includes and and despite being told by her specialist she needs surgery she has shown commitment to her training program and progressed well which has allowed her to avoid this option. .0 πŸ’ͺπŸ’―
